I have so much on my mind that I have mental constipation. It’s it’s nothing important yet it is things that are not only important to me but are really bothering me. It’s a weird state.

I don’t like mental constipation because it clogs up everything in life. It makes me not want to do anything, go anywhere, or even move. I need to get these things out of my head.
