The in-laws are at it AGAIN!
Yes, my husband’s family who I am going to rename the Hatfields and McCoys.
As a joke, Mr. Hatfield painted the disliked tractor symbol of the McCoys on one of the screens of the McCoys house while he was there doing some other work.
Yes….this is all over something as stupid as I like IH and you like John Deere.
Well, Mrs. McCoy took major exception to this joke and threw an all out holy ripping fit making a complete ass out of herself.
Mr. Hatfield took major exception to the holy ripping fit and told Mr. McCoy I’m not coming to help you at your farm for free any more until your wife apologizes for her holy ripping fit.
Mr. McCoy, having had no balls since marrying his Mrs. and allowing her to keep them in her back pocket, of course said nothing to the Mrs. and the feud is on.
Of course I get dragged into it. Do I think Mrs. McCoy should have thrown such a fit? No? Do I think Mrs. McCoy blew the whole thing out of proportion, yes.
Do I think Mr. Hatfield should have done this in the first place, no. Do I think it was a bad idea since he was working for his employer at the time, yes.
Well, today I face-to-face confronted by Mrs. McCoy saying she “heard” (from the mother-in-law no doubt) that I agree with Mr. Hatfield that she should apologize. I face-to-face answered her that I see it both ways and I think they both should apologize.
Needless to say, I’m now on Mrs. McCoy’s shit list too. She said that’s not going to fucking happen, slammed the door and tromped off.
These 40-something people really need to grow the fuck up.
YEAH–like that will happen.
